Description

The NSW Mental Health Commissioner invites you to the launch of the Mental Health Commission of NSW's latest publication, Perspectives on medication and mental illness.

This paper presents powerful insights from those who take medication as a treatment for mental illness, and from those who care for them. It is the result of the Commission's consultation with over 200 consumers, carers, families and people who work in the mental health care system, undertaken with the assistance of the Commission's Pharmacotherapy Advisory Group.

The report is a unique, valuable resource that exposes both the challenges and opportunities in this complex and important area of mental health care, and presents a compelling case for change.
